At Ginger Fox, we want you to love your new wardrobe additions, but if a fit isn't right, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your unworn items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your initial shipment.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
